ICART aims to build both local and international investigators’ skill through:

  • Facilitating research collaborations

  • Mixed training approaches for investigators: short-term, long-term, individual mentoring, group training courses, etc

  • Non-degree trainings available to research assistants within funded research projects

  • ICART Research Symposiums

Opportunities

Selective on-site opportunities are offered at ICART. These opportunities range from half-day research workshops to periodic training for institutional review board (Ethics Board) members, to on-site sabbatical work.

Biennial Research Symposia

The objective of ICART sponsored research symposiums is to bring together local, regional, and international researchers. The symposium aims to foster personal exchanges on scientific issues of local and global impact and to promote collaborative initiatives.
